The privacy of your details are very important to us.  We do not sell or give away any of the details you provide us when visiting www.boots-n-paddles.co.uk

If you use our online enquiry form to contact us, your name, address and telephone number and email address will be recorded.   If you subsequently make a booking with us and use a credit or debit card, we will not retain this information once the booking has been completed.  If, for example, you need a refund for some reason, you will have to give us your card details over the telephone again.

Your details can only be accessed by authorised Boots N Paddles staff and cannot be accessed by other people, websites or internet users.

What information do you store about me?

We only collect your name, address, telephone number and email address, plus some marketing related information about how you found out about Boots N Paddles.  If you click the box “Tick here if you do not wish to hear anymore from Boots N Paddles”, we will not send you our quarterly e-newsletter or information about occasional special offers. We keep address details to track which area of the UK or country people live, so we can make sure that we are aware of regional differences where they exist 

If you click that you would like to receive further information from us we will retain your personal details only, we have no access to any payment details and keep no records of your card details.  You may as a result receive an e-newsletter from us with information about Boots N Paddles news, activities and developments.

No personal information is ever sold, given away or otherwise distributed to any other person or company outside of Boots N Paddles.
